To expand our DMC department (production workshop), we are looking for a CNC turner in 2 shifts.

Job description:

• As a CNC turner, you will be responsible for the execution of production tasks.
• You accomplish this by following the specifications on a work order and by reading drawings.
• You take care of the machinery as well as all tools. Order and tidiness are of paramount importance to you and together with your colleagues, you contribute to a neat working environment.
• You report to the person in charge of the department.

Your main responsibilities?

• You determine the various machining stages, the adjustment values of the piece, and the tools.
• You assemble and adjust the cutting tools.
• You position and fix the piece and then set the correct parameters.
• You record and document production data.
• You maintain your workstation.

Your profile?

• You preferably have knowledge of turning / machining or have completed training in this field. School leavers are also welcome.
• You are willing to work in two shifts.
• You are reliable and flexible.
• You have good knowledge of the English language. (If you also know Dutch, this is a bonus).
• You preferably have knowledge of Siemens Shopturn.
