Efficient feeding of your MB box filler

The ME 4-70 infeed conveyor ensures a smooth and controlled supply to the MB 34, MB 33 or MB 55 box filler. This flexible conveyor is specifically designed to optimise box filling within your storage line.

Thanks to the mobile chassis with four swivel castors, the machine can be positioned quickly and precisely wherever required.

Fully adjustable to your working conditions

The infeed hopper is height-adjustable by means of a manual jack, allowing you to perfectly match the intake height to your product flow and working conditions.

The discharge end is also height-adjustable via a jack integrated into the vertical supports. With the optional mechanical coupling system featuring a perforated adjustment pattern, the distance between the ME 4-70 and the MB box filler can be adjusted to ensure optimally filled boxes.

The frame is equipped with forklift pockets and lifting eyes for flexible transport and repositioning.

Product-friendly conveying with full control

The rubber trough-shaped conveyor belt with a 17 mm chevron profile guarantees stable and product-friendly transport towards the box filler.

The conveyor is driven by a drum motor, available:

• in a 2-speed configuration
• or with variable speed control via a frequency inverter

This allows the belt speed to be precisely adapted to crop type and capacity.

Options and user-friendly operation

Optional swivel wheel locks and side extensions for the conveyor belt are available.

Operation is straightforward via the control box mounted on the side of the machine.
