The MP 18-110 combines a wide 110 cm belt with a capacity of up to 250 t/h. The telescopic boom features a single-piece belt, ensuring a smooth, continuous product flow and gentle handling – even at high intake rates. Stable operation and precisely controlled throughput minimise the risk of product damage to a bare minimum.

Designed for consistent performance

Slip detection on both the elevator and boom belt continuously monitors the process, helping to prevent interruptions. Minimal transfer height between belts guarantees a smooth transition, while the robust construction ensures reliable performance during intensive storage seasons.

Precise, adaptive slewing

The proportionally controlled slewing system automatically adjusts its speed to match the product flow. This results in smooth movements and an even distribution across wide stores or trailers. Automatic height compensation further simplifies the filling process.

Manoeuvrable, yet rock-solid

Large wheels and a generous steering angle make the MP 18-110 easy to move between locations. Optional hydraulic stabilisers and an extendable drawbar enhance stability and ease of operation. Reduced vibrations support both product quality and reliable automation.

Simple, intuitive control

A 7-inch touchscreen combined with a standard remote control ensures clear and intuitive operation. For maximum flexibility, a wireless remote control is available. Ceiling detection allows the machine to operate safely in round or low-roofed buildings.

Automatic filling with Top-Fill

The MP 18-110 offers two automatic filling programmes:

• Dynamic supports semi-automatic filling and is ideal for layer-by-layer filling or following an A–B line.
• Premium fully automates the process, autonomously building new layers until the final layer is completed. Once filling is finished, the system gives a signal or automatically switches off the line.
