High capacity without compromising on quality
The ZB3 is a 3-row self-propelled top lifting harvester with bunker, designed for growers working with an odd-numbered planting pattern and looking for higher capacity. It combines exceptionally precise harvesting and topping with effective cleaning and product-friendly handling. This allows the ZB3 to deliver high performance across a wide range of harvesting conditions without compromising on product quality.
Precise topping starts with accurate pickup
The unique Floating Shares allow the three independent harvesting elements to follow the ground accurately, even on uneven fields. Combined with the low picking angle, they maintain a constant harvesting depth and pickup height. The 14-metre-long Super Grip profiled harvesting belts, large drive wheels and automatic belt tensioners provide maximum grip and operational reliability, even in the most demanding harvesting conditions.
Premium Cutter Set for precise, product-friendly haulm removal
The Premium Cutter Set combines high operating speed with precise, product-friendly haulm removal. Its maintenance-free Gearbox Drive uses two heavy-duty gears to ensure perfect cutter synchronisation. Made from extremely wear-resistant material, the six-piece cutter set is also reversible, helping to maximise its service life.
7-tonne bunker for simultaneous harvesting and unloading on the move
The ZB3 features a 7-tonne bunker that allows harvesting and unloading to take place simultaneously. Thanks to its fixed first section, the bunker does not need to be fully raised for unloading, allowing harvesting to continue without interruption. With an unloading height ranging from 1,480 to 4,100 mm and ample space between the harvester and transfer trailer, field logistics remain smooth and efficient.
Optional sieving harvesting unit for the most challenging conditions
When the haulm is not strong enough for harvesting with the harvesting belt elements, the ZB3 can be equipped with an optional sieving harvesting unit. Its two-part design creates an additional drop for efficient cleaning, while the two-cylinder suspension keeps the unit stable and accurately follows the required harvesting depth. The sieving web consists of three belts driven at three points to prevent slip and extend service life.
