Efficient unloading and cleaning without buffering

The MJ 165 was developed for farms that do not require buffering capacity, but still want to unload efficiently via belt trailers while cleaning at a lower capacity. This compact solution ensures a smooth and controlled unloading process.

A key feature of this machine is the hydraulic lifting system beneath the intake, operated manually. This system reduces the drop height from the belt trailer, ensuring gentle product handling.

The MJ 165 comes as standard with two cleaning units, each with its own drive motor and six rollers. With two speeds (70 or 140 tonnes per hour), capacity can easily be adjusted to suit your operation. Depending on the product, you can choose between steel rollers, PU spiral rollers or smooth steel rollers.

Operation is straightforward via the large, dustproof control box or the 15 m wired remote control.
