Dewulf appoints Quaile Machinery as its full-line dealer for Ireland

Dewulf has appointed Quaile Machinery as its new official full-line dealer for Ireland. With this change, the manufacturer can rely on a local partner that knows the ins and outs of the Irish potato cultivation industry. Irish potato growers will be able to count on Quaile Machinery’s expert advice for the purchasing and maintenance of Dewulf and Miedema potato machinery. This appointment as full-liner coincides with Leinster Farm Machines’ decision, in mutual agreement with Dewulf, to step down as Dewulf’s full-line dealer for Ireland.

“As Quaile Machinery has been selling our Miedema machinery for some time now, we know what great dealer they are. We believe that by expanding their product offer with our harvesting range, Quaile will be an even greater local partner for Dewulf. A partner which will help us grow our business in Ireland”, said Peter Muyssen, Sales Manager UK at Dewulf. “In order to give good service, you need to know the product, the people and share the passion for potatoes. Quaile Machinery has these qualities”. Quaile’s team has already received product training and is fully operational as a full-line Dewulf dealership. Dewulf is committed to support Quaile Machinery so they can give the best possible service regarding all its machines to Irish growers.

Quaile Machinery has been operating close to Irish potato growers since its establishment in 2012. The company started as Agricare and has steadily expanded over the years changing its name to Quaile Machinery in January 2018. Kenny Quaile, owner of Quaile Machinery, said about the dealer appointment: “At Quaile, we take pride in having long-term partnerships with leading manufacturers from Ireland, UK and Europe. We’re pleased to be able to add Dewulf’s full range of potato machinery to our offer. We’re looking forward to working with these great machines”.

Dewulf’s previous dealer for Ireland, Leinster Farm Machines (LFM), came to a mutual decision with the manufacturer to end their cooperation. Philip O’Hara of LFM commented: “We both agreed that it was for the best, as the new dealer Quaile is more in touch with the Irish potato farmers. Leinster Farm wants to concentrate on its growing Claas and Lemken business and puts a very high importance on after sales”. LFM wishes Quaile Machinery and the Dewulf brand the very best for the future.
