Dewulf appoints Yorkshire & Humber Ltd as its full-line dealer for the Yorkshire area (UK)

As of 1^st January 2020, Yorkshire & Humber Ltd will be the official full-line dealer for Dewulf in the Yorkshire area in the UK. With this partnership, the manufacturer expands its UK dealer network to better offer its customers in this region local assistance regarding sales, service and spare parts. This move fits in Dewulf’s growth strategy for the UK. Yorkshire & Humber’s team boasts several years of experience in potato cultivation and can rely on Dewulf’s full support.

Based in Beverley, East Yorkshire, Yorkshire & Humber Ltd is a young but experienced and ambitious company. Neil Jackson, partner at Yorkshire & Humber, said about the appointment: “We’re absolutely delighted that we can add Dewulf’s complete high-quality range of potato equipment to our offer. By the official start of the partnership on 1/01/2020, the dealer’s team will have received thorough product training from Dewulf’s specialists to allow top quality client support.

By partnering with Yorkshire & Humber Ltd in Yorkshire, Dewulf creates a close link with customers in the North East of England. “As this frees capacity for Niagri, customers in other UK regions will also be able to enjoy even better support”, added Mr. Muyssen.

The appointment of this new dealer is the logical next step in Dewulf’s growth strategy for the UK. Mr. Muyssen explains: “In the coming years, we plan on bringing sales and service ever closer to our UK end customers. In 2015, we already did the same for the Scottish potato growers by appointing Netherton Tractors as the dealer for Scotland”. The UK has been identified as a key market by Dewulf and will receive the necessary attention by the manufacturer. “In the challenging year that was 2019, the added value of our planters, harvesters and in-store equipment was proven once more. That shows that we’re on the right track for the UK with our machines”, Mr. Muyssen concludes.
