Maximum cleaning flexibility

The Kwatro Xtreme Flow is a 4-row self-propelled sieving harvester for growers working with row spacings greater than 80 cm. The machine combines a full sieving path without restrictions with a cleaning concept without a hedgehog belt and is available with either a double Easyclean module or a combination of axial rollers and Easyclean.

Cleaning tailored to the conditions

The first two sieving webs are identical to those of the Kwatro Xtreme, followed by a third short sieving web, after which the crop passes to the cleaning module. Depending on the required level of cleaning, two different configurations are available:

• Double Easyclean: 7 active, smooth cleaning rollers, divided into two groups of 4 and 3 rollers, alternated with 9 Easyclean rollers. The speed, height, opening and direction of rotation can be adjusted separately for both groups.

Thanks to the patented Quick-Change system, the Easyclean segment axles can also be replaced quickly and easily without dismantling the bearings. This allows the cleaning system to be adapted quickly to changing harvesting conditions.

• Axial rollers + Easyclean: 36 axial rollers combined with an Easyclean module consisting of 2 active, smooth cleaning rollers and 3 Easyclean rollers.

In both configurations, the inclination of the cleaning module can be adjusted between 0 and 12°.

Step up to the next level with Level X

The right machine settings make a major difference in the harvesting process. With Level X, Dewulf brings together data, smart technology and automation to support the operator and get the most out of the Kwatro Xtreme Flow. This makes it easier to achieve the optimal balance between capacity and harvesting quality.

Level X is available in three different packages, each with its own focus and clear added value:

• Level X Bronze: comes as standard and provides insights via the integrated IoT platform into GPS position, consumption, machine speed and mode, harvested area and productivity, among other things.
• Level X Silver: gives the operator greater control over the quality of the harvesting process thanks to a state-of-the-art camera system, saved machine settings, Remote View, slow motion and casting integration.
• Level X Gold: takes automation to the next level. Based on sensors, data and AI-driven analyses, the machine automatically adjusts its settings to the crop, soil and conditions, with the aim of maintaining consistent quality and making optimum use of its capacity.

Master of the field, anytime and anywhere

Thanks to its frontal harvesting concept, the potato ridges remain intact and the Kwatro Xtreme Flow offers excellent stability. The 90 cm wide tracks and wide rear wheel (1250/50 R32) guarantee high-quality harvesting in all conditions with minimal ground pressure. The Scania DC13 Stage V delivers 550 hp and features extended cooling to handle even the most extreme conditions.

More capacity, more comfort

The Kwatro Xtreme Flow comes standard with a 2-part, 12-tonne bunker with discharge elevator, making it the largest and most product-friendly in its segment. With no transfer roller or funnel construction, the crop is handled particularly gently during unloading. The fixed bunker floor is followed by a discharge elevator with bar web, allowing excess soil to be sieved out during unloading.

With the X11 cab, the operator benefits from a comfortable working environment with excellent visibility. The ergonomically designed N-joystick and touchscreen control unit ensure simple and intuitive operation, even during long harvesting days.
