The Kwatro Xtreme is the self-propelled 4-row sieving harvester for growers who refuse to compromise on capacity, cleaning performance and crop friendliness. This third generation combines a full-width sieving path without constrictions with the latest Dewulf technologies, including Level X, the new X11 cab and a larger bunker.

With the Kwatro, Dewulf was the first manufacturer to combine frontal harvesting with a conventional sieving path, advanced cleaning systems and the largest bunker in its segment. The Kwatro Xtreme continues that tradition.

Row spacings greater than 80 cm: no compromises, no constrictions

Developed for growers working with row spacings greater than 80 cm, the Kwatro Xtreme is characterised by a full-width sieving path without constrictions. The result is maximum harvesting capacity, excellent cleaning performance and exceptionally gentle crop handling.

Step up to the next level with Level X

The right machine settings make a major difference in the harvesting process. With Level X, Dewulf brings together data, smart technology and automation to support the operator and get the most out of the Kwatro Xtreme. This makes it easier to achieve the optimal balance between capacity and harvesting quality.

Level X is available in three different packages, each with its own focus and clear benefits:

• Level X Bronze: comes as standard and provides insights via the integrated IoT platform into GPS location, consumption, machine speed and mode, harvested area, productivity and more.
• Level X Silver: gives the operator greater control over the quality of the harvesting process with a state-of-the-art camera system, saved machine settings, Remote View, slow motion and casting integration.
• Level X Gold: takes automation to the next level. Based on sensors, data and AI-driven analyses, the machine automatically adjusts its settings to the crop, soil and conditions, with the aim of maintaining consistent quality while making optimal use of the machine’s capacity.

Master of the field, anytime, anywhere

Thanks to its high-quality frontal harvesting concept, potato ridges remain intact while the Kwatro Xtreme benefits from outstanding stability. The 550 hp Scania engine, combined with a high-capacity cooling system, enables the machine to handle even the most demanding harvesting conditions.

The optimised weight distribution, 900 mm wide tracks and wide rear wheel minimise soil compaction and leave a perfectly level field after harvesting. As a result, the Kwatro Xtreme remains exceptionally reliable, regardless of the conditions.

More capacity, more comfort

The 12-ton bunker has been designed with maximum crop friendliness in mind. Thanks to the absence of a transfer roller and funnel construction, the crop is handled exceptionally gently during unloading. The discharge elevator with bar web provides additional cleaning during unloading by removing excess soil.

The latest X11 cab offers a comfortable and spacious working environment, ensuring long harvesting days remain productive and enjoyable.
